Sean T. Marzola, President & Chief Executive Officer
Sean Marzola was a co-founder, Chairman, President & CEO of Embedded Wireless Devices (EWD) prior to DCT. Under Mr. Marzola's leadership, EWD became a recognized leader in broadband wireless multi-point applications with an international presence in key Asian and European markets. Prior to EWD, Mr. Marzola held positions in international business development, marketing, and sales at high-tech companies including Great Valley Products, Scott Medical Products, and Primavera Systems. During that time, he developed and implemented strategic alliance initiatives and had P & L responsibility for a divisional unit, including target market identification, product development and launch, strategic alliances, product management and marketing, sales and channel management. Mr. Marzola has a B.S. in Commerce and Engineering with a Marketing concentration from Drexel University.

Chris R. Turner, Chief Technical Officer
Prior to founding DCT, Chris Turner was appointed as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Westminster, England.  Prior to his lecturing, Mr. Turner was Marketing Director at DSPG, a digital signal processing system design consultancy specializing in mobile and satellite communication system technology. Prior to DSPG, he held a variety of engineering and marketing support roles with the communication system IC research and ASIC groups at Fujitsu Microelectronics. Mr. Turner has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Central London and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Edinburgh University.

Matt Kubiczek, Chief Architect
Before co-founding DCT with Chris Turner, Matt Kubiczek occupied a two-year Computer Science post at the German National Research Centre.  Prior to that, Mr. Kubiczek served as Technical Director at DSPG where he was responsible for satellite and mobile communication product development.  Prior to DSPG, he held a three-year Visiting Researcher post at the University of Westminster, England, working on digital modem and speech-coding technology. Prior to his research post at Westminster, Mr. Kubiczek was a Research Officer at the Technical University of Gdansk, Poland where he also received his M.S. in Informatics. In addition, Mr. Kubiczek has a B.S. in Information Engineering from the University of Illinois, Chicago.

John R. Troutman, Chief Marketing Officer
John Troutman has 30 years of experience, customer relationships, and an impressive background of strategic sales, operations, and technology experience. Previously, Mr. Troutman was the Vice President Sales for the PC WLAN group at Embedded Wireless Devices. In this role, Mr. Troutman successfully established EWD's sales channels with key wireless LAN and PC manufacturers. Prior to EWD, Mr. Troutman was Vice President & General Manager responsible for managing Creative Labs’ Worldwide OEM Division. As the divisional chief executive, he was responsible for all areas of the division’s operations, including P&L, sales and marketing, operations, manufacturing and product development. Prior to Creative Labs, Mr. Troutman was Vice President of Product Engineering and co-founder of Cardinal Technologies, a PC peripherals company that was spun-off in a management buy-out after the RCA/GE merger. He also has held management level positions at RCA Corporation and served as an Army Specialist in Vietnam. Mr. Troutman has an associates degree in Electronics Engineering Technology and has studied Project Management at Lehigh University.

Scott A. Avery, Vice President of Marketing & Business Development
Prior to DCT, Scott Avery was Vice President of Business Development at Embedded Wireless Devices where he was responsible for developing new strategic business relationships, working with existing OEMs, expanding and refining the Technology Partners program and leading EWD’s presence at key technical standards organizations associated with wireless networking and cordless telephony. Prior to joining EWD, Mr. Avery was Director of Marketing for Atmel Corporation’s Serial EEPROM product line where he held Marketing and P&L responsibility, set business strategies and established strategic major OEM partnerships. Prior to Atmel, Mr. Avery held various marketing positions at Catalyst Semiconductor where he was responsible for Flash/EEPROM/EPROM/NOVRAM product lines. Prior to Catalyst, Avery held various engineering positions at GM Hughes Electronics. Mr. Avery has a B.S. in Industrial Technology with an Electrical/Digital Systems emphasis from California State University, Fresno.

Nick Randell, Head of Software Engineering
Prior to DCT, Nick Randell was responsible for software product development at Metrica Systems, a telecommunications start-up, where he was instrumental in Metrica's emergence as the leading telecommunications network performance management company for mobile networks, being responsible for the company's highly successful Java-based IP performance management products. Prior to Metrica Systems, he worked at Easams writing software for advanced command, control and communication systems.  Mr. Randell has a B.S. in Computer System Engineering from Bristol University.
